Nogad9 Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

1General Terms & Eligibility

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between nogad9 (https://nogad9.ws) and its users. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of these terms.

Nogad9 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. To use our services, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must reside in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited
• You must register under your real identity — providing false information is not permitted
• You must agree to all parts of these terms and conditions

Nogad9 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform with the date of update clearly noted.

2Account Registration & Verification

Creating an account at nogad9 is free. However, you must provide accurate and complete information at registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time.

Information required for registration

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth (accounts will not be accepted if the applicant is under 18)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Current residential address

Identity Verification (KYC)

Nogad9 follows international Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. You may be asked to submit identification in the following situations:

• Prior to your first large withdrawal
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• Where there is suspected bonus abuse
• As part of routine monitoring

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Nogad9 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure encryption.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT
• Maximum daily deposit limit is determined by account level
• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 15 minutes at most
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• KYC verification may be required for your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first

4Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Nogad9 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• After claiming a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Some games may not contribute fully toward bonus wagering or may be excluded altogether
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only. You must select the bonus option during registration to receive it. Once claimed, the bonus cannot be reversed.

Nogad9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

5Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on nogad9 use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

• In the event of any dispute over game outcomes, our server logs will serve as the final authority
• If a win or loss occurs due to a technical error, nogad9 reserves the right to void that round
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the data recorded on our servers
• Winnings obtained through a software bug or glitch in any game may be voided
• Bets in Sports Betting will be settled only after the official result has been announced

We transparently publish RTP (Return to Player) information for every game. It's good practice to review this before you start playing.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nogad9. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to artificially fulfill wagering requirements
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Hacking, using bots, or playing through any automated software
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs
• Impersonating nogad9 staff
• Harassing or insulting other users on the platform

7Account Suspension & Termination

Nogad9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these terms and conditions
• Registering with false identity or information
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Under court order or government directive

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳50 per month after 12 months of inactivity. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal data is our top priority. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties
• Payment information is always stored in encrypted form
• No information is shared except as required by law
• You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data

9Responsible Gaming Policy
